A lover of all things distilled, Simon has always promised to open his own bar on a tiny island...with a beagle called Darwin. Given his history...anything is possible. The oldest member of the committee and this being the start of his 6th year at Medicine and 3rd on LUSUMA it appears he just can't keep away. One can only imagine what kind of crazy things he has in mind for this year.
