MH Buddies

We know that students who are struggling with their mental health often find it difficult to reach out for help, as they are unsure who to talk to or feel like there may be some stigma associated with it. The MH Buddies scheme aims to make it easier to reach out by connecting you with other students who have been in a similar situation, so that they can offer advice based on their personal experiences and reassurance that there is support available for you. 
 

​If you are interested in this scheme, please email welfare@lusuma.com or psu@le.ac.uk including whether you are signing up to become a buddy or whether you would like to request a buddy. All information, including the fact that you’ve expressed interest in the scheme, will be kept completely confidential and only accessible by the Pastoral Support staff and the students organising the scheme.
