Leicester Insight

​Leicester Insight is the most established peer-led teaching initiative at Leicester Medical School, providing academic support to students across all years in a multitude of interactive formats, including large-scale lectures, small group tutorials, practical demonstrations and full mock OSCEs.

We are proud to say that we are the only medical revision society to host specific events for every year of medical school, from first year to finals!

Here's a quick summary of our events for the year:

• 1st year: How to Revise, ESA1 Insight, Anatomy Express
• 2nd year: ESA3 Insight, Phase 1 Insight, PhOSCE
• 3rd year: EOY3 Insight, EOY3 Mock OSCE
• 4th year: EOY4 Insight
• 5th year: Finals Revision Weekend, Finals Mock OSCE

Some vertical themes to our sessions include: integrating concepts from across modules, active learning, application of knowledge, and utilising a structured approach to problem solving.
