Teaching Sessions
In order to equip people with the sufficient skills required for Quality Improvement projects, we will be running teaching sessions. Similarly to the Medical School Curriculum, we will be running lectures, which will have accompanying workbook notes, as well as group work questions to supplement your learning. Our material is based of the Institute for Healthcare Improvement's (IHI) Online courses, so by the end of our teaching you will be eligible for a Basic Certificate in Quality & Safety from the IHI.
We are currently investigating opportunities to get involved with QI projects at UHL hospitals and once you have completed our teaching course, you will be eligible to get involved and work towards improving healthcare.
