Leicester Medics Basketball is open to males and females of all abilities. Whether you're the next LeBron James or just want to try out a new sport you are more than welcome to attend our weekly training sessions.  
 
We train weekly on Saturdays 1:00pm-2:30pm at Regents College Sports Hall (located next to the medical school).

We also enter a team into the University Intramural Basketball League in which we have weekly matches. In the 2016/2017 season we also participated in the varsity held against our local rivals Nottingham Medical School. We also compete once (or twice!) a year in the NAMS (National Association of Medical Schools) basketball tournament. Finally, in the 2017/18 year we aim to participate in matches with Barts & The London Medical School held both in London and Leicester.
