Top Tip for Freshers: At the start of the year, get involved in as much stuff as you can and keep an open mind to everything. From there, cut down on the things you perhaps don’t enjoy as much, but always be willing to step outside of your comfort zone—you never know, you might find a sport or hobby that you continue on with for the rest of your life (Ahmad recommends squash and having a go as goalkeeper in hockey!)
