Hey,

We're Akash and Kate! We were elected by LUSUMA members to be in charge of the social activities of the medical school. In a nut shell, our job is to ensure that you can have fun whilst enduring the stresses of life as a medical student. Out roles and responsibilities include organising INTROWEEK to OUTROWEEK, and of course, all socials happening in between. Some of these would include 'Medics on Ice', cinema nights and more! This is a very big job indeed, but we plan to work exceedingly hard to make this the most amazing year of your student life.

Get your party shoes on, because we'll be introducing you to a new Leicester.

Work hard, play harder is how the Leicester medics live and we promise to abide by this saying for as long as we can!
